iPort comprises a 337 acre greenfield development site in Doncaster
with an outline planning consent for up to 6 million sq ft of warehouse
space. The project will incorporate a 35 acre dedicated strategic rail
freight terminal. Once fully operational, iPort will bring up to 5,000
new jobs to the area. Highway access to the scheme will be via a new
direct road link to Junction 3 of the M18 motorway. The iPort section
will be completed by July 2014 as part of the government sponsored
Finningley and Rossington Regeneration Route Scheme (FARRRS) Opens link

direct motorway link to the Doncaster Sheffield Airport Logistics Park
